Hopson Beijing and Guangzhou Staff Pledged to Work for

Recently, rallies of ten thousand Hopson staff were held at Apollo Square of Beijing Regal Court and Guangzhou Regal Riviera Hotel Square.  During such rallies, Hopson publicly announced the commencement of its ¡°2006 Living Satisfaction Upgrade Year.¡±  All staff of Hopson Beijing, Hopson Guangzhou, Esteem Property Service and certain owner representatives attended the rallies.

During the rallies, all participants solemnly pledged that they would focus on customer needs and their goal is to satisfy the customers and they would deem the well being of customers as standard.  They would observe a good code of practice, provide quality maintenance work, implement a sound customer service system, offer extensive community cultural activities and work hard for the well being and satisfaction of the customers.

In 2006, our business will reach new heights.  Our theme is to upgrade customers¡¯ living through optimising the customer service system, enhancing product quality and consolidating brand name value.  In order to realise such goals, we will establish an operating system under which the way of thinking, employee quality, technologies and products are standardised, and we will motivate every employee to maximise the function of each division and, ultimately, upgrade the lives of all customers.
