After meticulous preparation, Hopson Development's customer service website has been officially launched. We welcome any comments and suggestions from our valuable customers.

With the launch of the new service system, you may raise your comments and make complaints through any one of the following five channels:

1. Online services - via our Internet service platform
2. E-mail - send your feedback to us by e-mail and we will respond promptly
3. Customer service hotline - you may dial our customer service hotline or the property management service hotline of your district
4. On-site housekeeper - owners may make complaints at the housekeeper office, and on-site management staff may address customers' complaints anytime during the course of work, and management and sale centres will directly address customers' complaints.
5. Letter - reflect your comments and make complaints by sending letters to the complaint-handling centre.
