One¡¯s value can only be quantified when bringing benefits
to others. The criterion of examining our work is whether
we can bring happiness and benefits to other people, instead
of producing difficulties.
Rewards never come without giving. One will win only after
suffering losses. Enterprises and individuals must first
contribute before receiving any rewards. These rewards
can only be obtained upon your contributions being accepted
and recognised.
We should have positive thinking and follow the right
path. We should build up a strong foundation, widen our
horizons, ¡°establish oneself before establishing success,
and establish virtue before establishing oneself¡±. We should
never live our personal lives nor develop enterprises through
trickery or deception.

Values are the decisional system and criterion to behavior. You
must know clearly: What are you doing for whom? Doing for what
reason? Why are you doing so? What benefits can be brought to the
relevant beneficiaries? What methods should be adopted? On how
much consideration? What kind of long-term benefits can be brought
to the enterprise and individuals? It is only when you give thought
to and evaluate the purpose of your actions, that you can eliminate
bad behaviour. All technical means and measures which take place
should incorporated with this in mind.
¡ñ Business values are to solve social problems and bring benefits to society and consumers
The purpose of our enterprise is to bring benefits to consumers,
to our society and to our partners. As our service target, we think
about how we can bring advantages and benefits to other people,
how to optimise the utilisation of resources which will realise
our own benefits and values through bringing benefits to others.
Therefore, the criterion when examining our work is whether we
can bring happiness and benefits to other people and customers,
instead of hindering things or creating difficulties.
¡ñ l Personal values are to solve problems of the Company through effective work
The direct result and main value of an individual¡¯s work is to
bring benefits for their colleagues, other people and the Company,
and, ultimately, to build value for the entire enterprise, bringing
benefits to consumers and the society. It is only effective work
if this criterion is met. If it cannot bring advantages to others
and solve problems existing in the Company, the work will be of
no value and therefore is ineffective. That actually wastes Company
resources. |
